Founder Bio – Aaron Dickson
Aaron Dickson is a seasoned restoration and insurance-claims expert with more than two decades of hands-on experience across every major category of property loss. His career began in field mitigation and reconstruction, where he managed complex water, fire, smoke, mold, and structural-impact projects across residential, commercial, and multifamily properties.
Over the years, Aaron became known for his precision in scoping, his deep understanding of construction sequencing, and his ability to navigate the technical requirements of rebuilding after catastrophic losses. This expertise led him to serve as a large-loss adjuster for national carriers, where he handled six- and seven-figure claims, negotiated with contractors, and interpreted policy language under high-pressure scenarios.
During his tenure as an adjuster, Aaron gained advanced proficiency in Xactimate, building hundreds of detailed estimates and supplements across diverse loss types. His unique combination of contractor, mitigation, and adjuster backgrounds allows him to see claims from every angle—an advantage few professionals can match.
Today, Aaron is a respected consultant, expert witness, and claim strategist, hired by homeowners, contractors, attorneys, and restoration firms seeking clarity, accuracy, and industry-standard justification for disputed or under-scoped claims.
His work includes:
• Technical scope reviews & gap analysis
• Xactimate reconstruction & mitigation estimating
• Expert witness reports and testimony
• Code & IICRC S500/S520 interpretation
• Contractor bid alignment & supplement strategy
• Documentation standards & case preparation for litigation teams
Aaron founded Property Loss Pro to level the playing field for property owners and contractors. With a reputation for integrity, accuracy, and straight-forward explanations, he ensures clients understand their claim, avoid underpayment, and receive the full scope of repairs they are entitled to.
