Contractor Supplement Support — FAQ

Q: What exactly is included for the $449 Contractor Supplement Support?
A: You’ll receive (1) a missing-scope add list, (2) quantity/logic flags where the carrier scope doesn’t match real repair needs, (3) a documentation gap checklist (what photos/docs are needed), and (4) a carrier-facing summary you can use to request approval.

Q: What is NOT included?
A: This does not include legal representation, public adjusting, engineering opinions, or acting as the general contractor of record. We provide estimating/scope and documentation guidance to support approval conversations.

Q: What do you need from me to start?
A: The adjuster estimate (PDF preferred). Optional but helpful: your bid/estimate, photos, moisture logs, mitigation documents, and any denial/coverage letters.

Q: Can you work from the adjuster estimate only (no photos)?
A: Yes. Many scope gaps and logic issues can be identified directly from the estimate. Photos and docs help strengthen approval, but they’re optional.

Q: Do you write Xactimate line-item codes exactly like an ESX?
A: We provide a structured add-list and notes that can be entered into Xactimate (or your estimating platform). We do not guarantee an ESX export unless you purchase a separate “full estimate build” service.

Q: Will this guarantee the carrier approves everything?
A: No—carriers approve based on coverage, documentation, and their own review. What we do is tighten the request, reduce weak points, and improve your odds of clean approvals.

Q: Can you help if the adjuster is disputing specific items already?
A: Yes. Upload the estimate plus the dispute emails/notes. We’ll highlight the strongest supporting logic and what documentation typically wins those items.

Q: How many revisions are included?
A: One clarification round is included for questions or small adjustments based on missing info. If the scope changes materially (new rooms, new trade, major added documentation), we’ll quote an add-on.

Q: Will you contact the adjuster for me?
A: We don’t contact the carrier directly unless you’ve arranged a separate service. You’ll receive a carrier-ready summary and talking points you can send.

Q: What if this is a large loss or multi-trade rebuild?
A: The $449 service is best for single-claim, standard complexity scopes. If it’s large-loss, multi-structure, or very documentation-heavy, upload it anyway—if it needs a higher tier, we’ll tell you upfront.

Q: What’s the turnaround time?
A: Turnaround depends on volume and complexity. After you submit, you’ll receive confirmation and an expected delivery window. But we Typically Return our product in 1-2 Days.

Q: What if I’ve got multiple estimates (carrier + contractor + mitigation)?
A: Perfect—upload them all. Comparing versions is often the fastest way to spot missing scope and mismatched quantities.

Q: Is this compliant/legal advice?
A: No. This is professional estimating/scope and documentation guidance—not legal advice and not an attorney-client service.

Q: What’s the fastest way to get approvals?
A: Provide clear “why required” notes, match scope to visible damage and repair standards, and include the specific supporting docs (photos, moisture logs, line-item rationale). We’ll tell you exactly what’s missing.

Q: What should I upload if I’m short on time?
A: Upload the adjuster estimate first. If you have them, add: your bid, photos, and any denial/dispute emails. We’ll prioritize the highest-impact gaps.
